First Aid

Wherever you are in the world and whatever you are doing it is always a good idea to know some first aid. You never know when you might be required to help and the action you take could mean the difference between life and death for whoever you're attending to. The up-side however is that the chances of being invloved a first aid situation like that is very unlikely and it seems odd luck that most people will go their entire lives without ever having to deal with those circumstances whilst others seem to have this responsibility thrust upon them a number of times. Most of the time you will simply need a few essential items in your first aid kit, we have given an example of our kit here.

One item that is considered universally essential is a helmet and it should be worn to help minimise any possible trauma to the head in an accident.
