Dr Steve Fabes left London on the 5th of January 2010 on a five year epic bicycle journey to cycle the length of six continents. Crossing the greatest land masses on earth he will cover some 80,000 km (50,000 miles).
His route takes him through regions affected by the Neglected Tropical Diseases and will witness first hand their effect on local populations.
